Role Description

Form Energy is hiring a Supply Chain System Analyst to help keep our Operation Team streamlined and system driven. This role is part of the Procurement team and will be relied upon as the principal subject matter expert for related Supply Chain systems, processes, and data.. This role function is to elicit, analyze, specify, validate, and document the stated and implicit needs of the Supply Chain. They will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the Procurement team to define business and system processes. This role will also develop workflows, visual dashboards, KPIs, OKRs, and written requirements to facilitate Supply Chain improvements and enhancements to both system and processes.

What you'll do:

• Work with Supply Chain and business stakeholders to discover, build, establish business processes, and gather business requirements for Supply Chain System enhancements and integrations.
• Help configure Oracle Cloud products & other Supply Chain systems to support implementation and subsequent process optimization efforts.
• Assist business stakeholders with testing of system changes and analyze data flows for process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain data hygiene and integrity for Supply Chain systems including Oracle Cloud and other auxiliary systems.
• Develop the Supply Chain analytics platform and provide appropriate tools, visual dashboards, OKR and KPI tracking, and recommendations for enhancements and Supply Chain Risk mitigations.

What you'll bring:

• 4-7+ years of experience as an Supply Chain Systems analyst
• Expert level experience and understanding implementations, enhancements, and functionality of Oracle Cloud SCM applications, including Supply Chain Execution, Product Information Management, Financials, Manufacturing modules, and Demand Planning Modules.
• Experience integrating ERP, MRP, and other Supply Chain systems
• Experience with process mapping, data gathering and analysis, dashboarding, and process improvement techniques
• Experience in Arena PLM, Zip HQ, Snowflake, SQL a plus
