ABOUT US
We are Una, a mission-driven startup tackling the ever-increasing burden of metabolic disease.
We are combining the latest medical research, data science, bio-sensor technology, and human-centred design to enable sustainable behaviour change and improve health outcomes.
We are developing the first medical-grade, certified digital therapy that sustainably solves metabolic dysfunction using precision nutrition.
We are backed by excellent investors such as Food Labs, Plug and Play, and DART Labs, and angels such as the founders of mySugr/9amHealth and Ada Health.
YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
This is one of Una's first marketing hires! Working directly with our founders and marketing advisors, you will lead marketing efforts to launch Una into the German market. You will have the exciting opportunity to craft and execute strategies that resonate, from inception to implementation - enabling us to reach both patients and prescribing doctors.
More specifically you will:
- Immerse yourself in the vibrant community and mind space of healthcare professionals, both offline and digitally: Craft compelling experiences at conferences, make a splash in print, or launch a digital campaign on relevant HCP portals.
- Engage in the systematic analysis, monitoring, and ongoing refinement of campaigns and KPIs to ensure our campaigns meet and surpass expectations.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and testing where you navigate through various channels, materials and beyond.
- Amplify our online presence and conversions. Direct the optimization of marketing channels and website content to drive visibility in Google search, ensuring our brand stands out in the digital health landscape.
