Your role at ahead

• Shape financial strategy. Drive financial planning, reporting, and forecasting to support our rapid scaling in existing and new markets.
• Manage cash flow & profitability. Ensure financial health across all business lines, optimizing margins, working capital, and liquidity.
• Lead fundraising & investor relations. Work closely with the founders on Series B and beyond, preparing compelling financial models and investor materials.
• Expand internationally. Build scalable financial operations to support global growth, ensuring compliance with international regulations and tax structures.
• Own financial operations. Oversee accounting, tax compliance, and controlling to ensure smooth and transparent operations.
• Drive data-driven decisions. Provide actionable insights to optimize pricing, cost structures, and market expansion.
• Build & develop the finance team. Lead a growing team (currently 2 team members) and establish best-in-class financial processes that scale with us.
