Who are we looking for? We’re looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial, and operationally strong co-founder who can validate, test, and build the next generation of consumer brands across Southeast Asia.

This is an opportunity to build a venture in the direct-to-consumer (D2C) space from scratch. As a Founder-in-Residence, you will partner with our venture studio to validate a concept and ultimately launch a scalable, venture-backed business with funding from FoodLabs.

You will have full responsibility for building the company, from shaping the value proposition and testing go-to-market strategies to managing the supply chain, partnerships, operations, and team building. You will work closely with our studio team and benefit from deep operational and strategic support throughout your journey.

We are particularly excited about founders who understand the power of community, storytelling, and emerging digital platforms in shaping modern consumer behavior.
