We are bottleplus, a young venture-backed Swiss startup aiming to redefine daily hydration. We want to drive long-needed change in the beverage industry and move away from single-use plastic bottles.

In spring 2024 we will enter the market in DACH with our first solution, the spark bottle: a reusable water bottle to produce sparkling water on the go.

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial thinking Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer, who knows how to build up a strong community and brand around a product. Your main goal is raising brand awareness and getting people to our digital doorstep. Together with selected partners and a growing team you find the best channels and content to get people excited about bottleplus, while managing budgets and analyzing performance. You’re responsible for building up and leading our marketing team and will contribute to the overall vision and strategic direction of the company.

Your role at bottleplus:

• You own all paid and organic marketing activities as well as PR.
• You shape our marketing plan and campaigns (online and offline) and execute them together with the team and external stakeholders.
• You allocate budget across channels to maximize awareness and optimize CAC/CLV.
• You analyze performance along the marketing funnel to create a deep quantitative and qualitative understanding of acquisition channels, customer journeys and target groups.
• You build up and manage partnerships (e.g. with brand ambassadors, influencers or brand collaborations) and identify new opportunities.
• You’re building up our community and hype around the product.

• You grow and lead a high-performance marketing team.
