About the Role
We’re hiring a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take ownership of our day-to-day operations across multiple geographies and drive scalable, tech-enabled execution across the business. As a key member of the leadership team, you'll oversee core functions including revenue operations, customer service, technology integration, and market expansion. You'll report directly into the founders and work with other executives to lead operational and commercial teams, optimise performance, and ensure operational excellence as we continue to grow rapidly.

Key focus areas include:

• Operational Leadership: Lead the company’s full operational stack – from guest experience to vendor management – with a focus on efficiency and profitability.
• Team Leadership: Build and scale high-performing teams across multiple functions, cultivating a culture of accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement.
• Technology & Automation: Partner with product and tech leaders to embed AI and automation into operations, reducing manual work and improving scalability.
• Guest Experience: Drive a consistent, high-quality experience through structured SOPs, feedback loops, and real-time support systems.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, cost efficiencies, and vendor relationships to align operational performance with financial goals.
• Growth Execution: Develop and roll out operational frameworks for new property onboarding and market launches, ensuring smooth and rapid scale-up.
