At Telekinesis, we're making a bold bet: that within a decade, robots will be as ubiquitous as smartphones. Not just in factories—in offices, hospitals, and homes. We're creating the cloud platform that makes this possible—a no-code AI system that lets anyone program industrial robots, mobile units, drones, and humanoids without writing a single line of code.

Our secret weapon? Robots that learn from watching humans. Powered by cutting-edge AI, our platform enables robots to autonomously improve with every interaction, getting smarter and more capable over time.

We started in automotive manufacturing—one of the toughest proving grounds imaginable—and we're empowering factory workers with zero robotics experience to deploy and manage industrial robots. We're solving problems most people think are impossible. And we're just getting started.

This isn't a job for someone looking for comfort. It's for someone who thrives on chaos, wants to be in the room where it happens, and is ready to help build a category-defining company from the ground up.

The Role: Right Hand to the Founders

You'll be the operational backbone of Telekinesis—the person who turns vision into execution, chaos into clarity, and ambition into reality.

Working directly with our founders (Suman & Arjun), you'll own:

  • Fundraising & Investor Relations Craft compelling materials that tell our story to top-tier VCs. Own the data room—keep it pristine, current, and investor-ready. Coordinate founder schedules around investor meetings and roadshows.
  • Community & Ecosystem Building Build and nurture the Telekinesis community through content, events, and online presence. Position us as thought leaders in the robotics and AI space. Create engagement loops that turn users into advocates.
  • CEO Leverage & Execution Protect founder time ruthlessly—manage priorities, follow-ups, and scheduling logic. Be the connective tissue between strategy and execution across engineering, product, and business. Ensure high-priority decisions don't die in Slack threads—drive them to completion.
  • Partner & Vendor Management Own relationships with strategic partners and hardware vendors. Screen, evaluate, and compare robotics hardware options. Negotiate terms and manage ongoing vendor relationships.
  • Internal Operations Design lightweight processes that keep a fast-moving team aligned. Coordinate cross-functional projects—make sure engineering, robotics, and business stay in sync. Jump into high-stakes customer or partner situations when things need to get done now.
  • Talent & Hiring Support recruiting for critical technical roles. Source candidates, run initial screens, coordinate interview loops. Help us build a world-class team faster.

Who You Are

Operating as a fixer in a fast-moving environment. Navigating ambiguity and executing without constant direction. Fluency in German and English for working across investors, engineers, and manufacturing partners. Experience managing vendor relationships and building processes that accelerate rather than slow down teams.

The ability to translate complex robotics concepts for investors while understanding business requirements well enough to communicate them to engineers. Comfort switching contexts rapidly,from fundraising decks to hardware evaluations to hiring pipelines.

Most critically: wanting ownership over problems that actually matter.
