First Mode is seeking an Account Manager to help support our rapidly growing customer base. Help support the scaled growth of our NuGen haulage solution initially across the Mining & Rail sectors. You will be a part of a global team covering customers in Africa, Australia, LATAM, the UK & North America. This is an incredible opportunity to set the tone for decarbonization in heavy industry.

Position Responsibilities

• Expanding First Mode's business with Mining and Heavy Industry customers as relationship lead for several Heavy Industry customer accounts.
• Assisting in building relationships with internal leadership and external customers at various levels.
  Contribute to customer engagement activities, from qualification through studies, pilots, and scaled deployment of our solution.
• Collaborate with the Growth Team to provide input on First Mode's product roadmap on behalf of the customer.
• Participate in strategic planning and support the technical strategy across a range of decarbonization programs and initiatives.
• Work with partners (mining, consortia, energy, government) to extend reach and drive adoption.
• Assist in creating and writing proposals for potential internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the creation of presentation materials.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Heavy Industry (Energy, Mining and Metals, Clean Tech, Manufacturing).
• Background of delivering new or disruptive technology programmes in large enterprises.
• Blend of experience with large organisations as well as a demonstrated ability to operate in an entrepreneurial, agile environment.

Additional Requirements

• Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally to represent First Mode to its customers, vendors, and partners (COVID-19 permitting)

• This position will be located at First Mode’s office in Perth, WA
