Du liebst es, Menschen ein unvergessliches Erlebnis zu schaffen - und genau das bringst du zu FINN.
Als Station Agent:in bist du das Gesicht unserer FINN Station in Köln. Du empfängst unsere Kund:innen bei Fahrzeugübergabe und -rückgabe, sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und hinterlässt einen bleibenden ersten Eindruck. Wie in einem guten Hotel oder Restaurant: Du erkennst, was gebraucht wird, bevor jemand danach fragen muss.
Du arbeitest eng mit Operations, Customer Experience und Logistics zusammen - und bringst eigene Ideen ein, um das Kundenerlebnis stetig zu verbessern.
