Als Junior Operations Backoffice Specialist verantwortest du die operative Bearbeitung und Qualitätssicherung rund um Themen wie die Endabrechnungen und Complaint-Fälle im Defleeting-Prozess. Du behältst den Überblick über alle laufenden Vorgänge, arbeitest eng mit internen Teams und externen Partnern zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass jeder Prozessschritt sauber, korrekt und nachvollziehbar abläuft.
