Role Overview:

We seek a Product Manager to lead our digital software stack, network intelligence tools, and customer experience solutions. The role bridges technology, data, and customer-facing platforms to drive a seamless Exponent ownership and network experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Define product roadmaps for network intelligence, Customer Experience(CX) tools, and software services

Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and optimize digital features (routing, payments, analytics)

Leverage customer insights and data to improve user experience across e^pump and connected apps

Identify metrics that matter, find ways to improve those metrics and get it done.

Build dashboard and alert systems for service teams to react to field issues and proactively manage customer experience

Work with marketing teams to create the right communication to customers when we make feature changes/product launches.

Manage cross-functional alignment across system engineering, software, and business teams

Track KPIs (network reliability, CX satisfaction, uptime) and drive iterative improvements

Requirements:

Customer centricity!! Product/CX roles in other mass market retail businesses. Understand what customers want and dive deeper to what’s not said.

Identify metrics that matter for great customer experience.

5+ years of product management experience in software, network, or platform products (preferably in EV/energy tech)

Strong understanding of customer experience tools, data dashboarding,visualization and actionability inferencing

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills
