What you will do:

As part of the Finance team at Exponent, you will own and drive all Accounting, Compliance and Control processes at Exponent and ensuring that financial transactions are processed, recorded and reported in accordance with regulatory and good governance practices.

Responsibillities:

• Understand various reporting processes, regulatory requirements and recording processes needed for all financial and legal transactions by the Company
• Setup methods to record data and consolidating and accumulating them into required reports and statements for internal and external consumption
• Developing processes to ensure suitable controls are in place from both regulatory and good governance point of view and implementing the same
• Identifying legal and statutory compliances that are applicable to the Company and ensuring compliance with the same through working with internal stakeholders and external advisors
• Drive and deliver treasury targets including managing working capital and deposits to maximize cash in bank
• Engage, support and drive to closure audits and diligence activities
• Identify key non-financial business metrics, oversee the recording and accumulation of data for these key metrics and ensuring good governance and process of their accumulation
• Generating and delivering complete Investor Information dockets as and when required

The ideal candidate requires:

• CA
• 5+ years of experience, including as a Controller

• Understanding of Value Chain
