What you will do / Responsibilities

• Design and development of mechanical subsystems within the e^pack battery platform, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to high-volume production.
• Optimize current and upcoming products for cost efficiency, durability, and scalability.
• Ownership of the release of part and assembly designs and drawings.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, analyze test data, and ensure the continuous improvement of battery systems.
• The root cause of design-related issues during the development phase and resolution
• Collaborate closely with quality, manufacturing, and production teams to identify, address, and resolve production-critical issues, part quality concerns, and field-related challenges.

Qualifications

• Technical excellence in thermal, structural, or electromechanical design through first principles of thinking
• A detail-oriented personality with solid documentation and reporting skills.
• Approach-driven mindset while ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs on time.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across interdisciplinary teams.
• Background of participation in Formula Bharat/FSAE/Baja is preferred
