About the role:

We are looking for a talented Product Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should be a brilliant problem solver, have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UX/UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

This is a critical hire for us and for the successful candidate this will be an extremely rewarding role, working within a high performing and driven team.

Location:

Poblenou, Barcelona. Hybrid work mode.

You will:

• Develop and maintain a design methodology for all EVPassport products and services.
• Design intuitive and functional interfaces that fulfill client requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify design needs and solutions.
• Analyze user feedback to improve the user experience.
• Design and test website layouts, landing pages, and other graphics for our software products.
• Create usability testing and QA processes to ensure successful product launches.
• Work with developers to ensure design consistency and quality of all EVPassport products.

You have:

• +4 years experience in UX
• Knowledge in design patterns, design frameworks or systems (Material design, Fluent, Flat design)
• Tooling expertise (Sketch, Figma, Invision, Adobe, Zeplin)
• Good knowledge of design composition and colour theory.
• Ability to design across iOS, Chrome, desktop, and Android.
• Knows how to work with product designers, engineers, and PMs to conceptualize new functionalities.
• Good knowledge of user centered design metholodogies.
• Ability to conduct user research across mobile and web products to help better understand customer expectations, needs and motivations.
• Ability to ask, as well as answer, meaningful and impactful questions.
• No coding required but a good understanding of front-end development and implementation details is a big plus.
• English / Spanish (both high level).
