Job Description – Impact Success (Customer Success) Context on ESG Flo ESG Flo was born out of frustration with the time-consuming process of collecting and reporting on ESG data. ESG Flo uses AI/ML to automate the data collection and extraction process for regulatory reporting and decision making. After winning Bain & Company's global Hackathon, ESG Flo received funding and support from Bain's Founder's Studio. Now it’s also backed by Tola Capital and Rho Ventures.

Job Description As an Impact Success Manager, you will be instrumental in the onboarding of Enterprise customers to our platform. By becoming an expert in our platform and its application of AI/ML, you will assist our customers in streamlining their sustainability reporting. This will save our customers valuable time enabling them to focus on driving impactful sustainability initiatives.

Your Responsibilities Data Analysis, AI Training, and Debugging: ·      Collaborate with our Clients to gather and prepare data for AI model training. ·      Assist in training AI models, monitoring their performance, and identifying areas for improvement. ·      Work closely with the engineering team to debug AI-related issues and propose solutions.

Customer Relationship Management (Post-6 months): ·      Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a key point of contact. ·      Understand customer needs, objectives, and challenges, and provide effective solutions and guidance. ·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met and exceeded.

Product Ideation and Bug Fixes: ·      Contribute to product feature ideation based on customer feedback, industry trends, and market demands. ·      Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design, prioritize, and implement new features and improvements. ·      Assist in identifying and addressing product-related bugs, working closely with the engineering team to ensure prompt resolution.

Driving Sustainability Initiatives: ·      Empower our customers to enhance their sustainability initiatives by utilizing the AI-powered capabilities of our product. ·      Highlight the role of AI in simplifying sustainability reporting, saving time, and enabling a more strategic focus on driving positive environmental impact.

Qualifications

  • Experience as Customer Success or similar role in software product development for 1 year - including internships. ·      Some exposure to SQL/ JavaScript coding or willingness to learn. ·      Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with technical teams to debug issues. ·      Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.   The ideal candidate will be based in Italy and be open to working in the office 3 days a week.
