Dive in and thrive!As a working student (f/m/d) in the People & Organization team, you will support us in conveying our employer brand as well as our culture and values in a target group-specific way and thus advance our recruiting activities. As a team, we pursue the common mission of creating a pleasant and reliable working environment. For us, the focus is on trust and an open and appreciative approach.

  • You have the opportunity to develop and manage projects on your own responsibility: from employer branding and personnel development to (tech-) recruiting
  • You will actively shape our candidate journey and support in the area of Talent Acquisition
  • You will provide project-based support on a wide range of topics such as: Learning & Development, Organizational Development, New Work, Mindfulness & Mental Health as well as team and leadership development and the strategic implementation of our OKRs
  • You will take on operational tasks such as creating job advertisements, social media posts and documents
  • You are in a bachelor's or master's degree program in business psychology, psychology, human resources management or a comparable field of study
  • You have already gained some practical experience in personnel development or recruiting
  • Your heart beats for people and organization topics
  • A willingness to learn, a sense of responsibility and a high degree of initiative characterize your working style
  • You have a confident manner and are able to communicate in German and English
  • Flexible working mode within Germany: Hybrid, from home or in our lovely office in Cologne
  • Option for remote work from abroad (up to three months per year)
