Job Description
EnOcean GmbH is the pioneer in energy harvesting and sensor-to-cloud solutions for sustainable applications in the Internet of Things (IoT). Our sensors supply themselves with energy generated from temperature, movement or light from the environment and provide data for building optimization in the cloud. Our technology is rapidly conquering many areas of modern working life - whether it's energy efficiency, employee wellbeing or smart spaces. We are an innovative and internationally positioned company that has received numerous awards for its battery-free wireless technology and is the global market leader in this field. We are currently looking for an Online Marketing and Platforms Manager (m/f/d) to build, develop and optimize our platforms. The platforms include the website, CRM and social media channels. The range of tasks extends from (new) development and optimization to monitoring success.
- Development of a digital strategy
- Development and optimization of all online platforms, including a long-term strategy for business support
- Linking the platforms for lead generation, nurturing and conversion
- Further development of marketing automation
- Definition of the domain strategy
- Maintenance of the website
- Definition of the content required for the platforms
- Analyzing and monitoring the activities carried out, evaluating the data and making recommendations for action
- Degree in online marketing or marketing with further training in online marketing
- At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in online marketing or platform support for an industrial company or in an agency
- Excellent web, CRM and lead generation skills
- In-depth knowledge of SEO and SEA
- Ability to relate to the target groups
- Good project management skills
- Structured and independent way of working
- Creativity and flexibility
- High level of initiative and assertiveness
- Team player
Business fluent in English
