Your Mission:

Join us in disrupting the international energy trading market and leave your mark in re-defining how energy traders work! Become part of our legal team and support us with your expertise in energy market regulation while taking over responsibility.

Your Responsibilities / What you’ll do:

Commercial/Corporate Counselling:

  • Answer legal and regulatory questions from colleagues and external counterparts
  • Advise our management in decision-making by providing legal expertise
  • Support our commercial team in contract negotiations by taking an active role
  • Assist in corporate housekeeping, e.g., preparing shareholders’ meetings

Regulatory Management - Energy Market Regulation

  • Identify opportunities for enmacc’s future arising from energy market regulation
  • Maintain good relationships with authorities, external consultants and advisors
  • Act as the go-to person for all topics related to energy market regulation
  • Enable our team to fulfil regulatory requirements through training and expertise

Your profile / What you’ll need:

  • You have successfully completed the 1st state examination in law; alternatively, you have a master's degree in business law (LL.M.) from a university in Germany
  • You have an affinity for business law and energy market regulation and, ideally, already have some practical professional experience in this area (capital market law is a plus)
  • You communicate strongly with very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and want to work in an agile IT startup/scale-up
  • You work independently and in a structured manner
