enmacc is Europe’s largest over-the-counter trading market venue for energy and environmental commodities. Our cutting-edge platform digitalises the energy trading landscape, addressing the long-standing challenges that traders have faced for decades.

We have over 500 companies and 2000 members trading electricity, gas, Guarantees of Origin, emissions allowances and weather derivatives. Our platform attracts a vibrant network of energy suppliers, trading houses, industrial companies, and municipal utilities. Your mission:

Want to disrupt the international energy trading market, and redefine how energy traders work?

Join our account management team and be responsible for the continuous success of our large customers in the DACH region. You’ll accompany them on their journey to become engaged enmacc traders — from start (onboarding, activation) to finish (self-sustained customer, upselling and cross-selling). The ultimate goal is guaranteeing a first-class customer experience with us. After all, the trader’s success is our success.

We, as a commercial team, see the successful use of our marketplace as our number one priority. Our ambition is to create a thriving community of traders.

What you'll do:

  • Understand the traders’s needs in all dimensions to build specific successful use cases with them
  • Provide insights for the further platform development to the enmacc product team
  • Build a strong relationship with the clients to ensure an open and trust-based exchange of information
  • Coach traders on how to get the most success out of the enmacc platform and network
  • Assist traders with creating superior liquidity where needed
  • Expand customer accounts by seizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities if it helps our customers to succeed even more
  • Ensure traders have all they need and drive adoption and change management within new customers’ organisations
  • Analyse usage and market data from the DACH region, and manage your dedicated customers accordingly
  • Act cross-functionally within enmacc as our point of contact for existing customers

Who you are:

  • Experience in the energy origination and/or trading industry is essential. You have a good understanding of how traders and portfolio managers work
  • You are “street-smart” and enjoy innovation and working in the space of energy trading & portfolio management
  • You’re ‘hands on’: independent, entrepreneurial, and result oriented. You know how to be a ferocious self-starter and a great team player
  • You’re a great verbal and written communicator, in both German and English (both business-level)
  • Finally, you’re structured and know your way around customer development paths, as well as their journeys within the software industry
