Our cutting-edge renewable energy and carbon conversion technology is the first of its kind, designed to significantly reduce waste while enhancing global energy sustainability.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including working alongside our CEO and business development team, to align technical solutions with strategic business objectives.
  • Utilize a broad spectrum of analysis and design tools (e.g., CAD, FEA, CFD, MATLAB) to optimize the design and performance of mechanical systems.
  • Develop and execute testing protocols, construct test cells, and analyze results to validate designs and improve system performance.
  • Conduct technoeconomic analysis and cost management to support product development and ensure competitive pricing and performance.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in mechanical design principles and a strong understanding of engineering fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with CAD software and engineering analysis tools (FEA, CFD, etc.).
  • Experience with leading projects and making impactful decisions in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to perform trade studies using first principles and engineering fundamentals to make decisions even with partial information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and persuasively.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or advanced degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in mechanical or systems design, analysis, or integration, with a willingness to innovate and learn quickly.
  • Interest or experience in renewable energy, sustainability, or environmental technologies is highly regarded.
  • P.E., MBA, PMP, and other professional certifications are beneficial but not required.

Benefits

  • Potential early-stage equity ownership opportunities in a rapidly growing startup.
  • Competitive salary reflective of skills and experience.
  • Paid vacation and holidays.
  • Health insurance stipend (QSEHRA).
  • 401K plan.
