Encore Renewable Energy seeks a VP of Asset Management, leading all aspects of the Technical Asset Management (TAM) team, while aligning with Encore’s Engineering and Finance teams. The VP of Asset Management will play a key leadership role as the company scales its operating portfolio.

The position is responsible for maximizing the long-term value, performance and reliability of the company’s operating renewable energy portfolio. This role owns the strategy, execution and continuous improvement of asset management functions across safety, availability, energy production, financial performance, compliance, and reporting requirements.

The VP of Asset Management serves as the internal owner of operating assets from Commercial Operation through end of life, ensuring assets perform in-line with pro-forma expectations while identifying opportunities to improve returns. This role is critical to enhancing asset value, ensuring investor confidence, and feeding operational lessons back into project design and development.

This role will report to the CEO of the company.
