The Supply Chain team is looking for a Supply Chain Planner who will have the responsibility of setting up a modern materials planning operation.

You will work at our Devens, MA site in a hybrid or onsite capacity, reporting into the Director of Supply Chain & Procurement.

Role and Responsibilities

• Interface between Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, and Suppliers teams to align schedules and demand for assembly components
• Help structure and align our Engineering and Manufacturing bills of materials into actionable planning signals for the Supply Chain and Production teams
• Identify potential risks to builds, the duration of the impact, and opportunities to mitigate those risks
• Manage full product lifecycle demand and supply planning signals, with an emphasis on the transition from development to production
• Be the link between Inventory and Finance/Accounting to monitor and prevent overages or underages over the plan of record
• Create tools and improve planning processes to help the supply chain operate
• Manage MRP and product/project schedule agreement
• Maintain product master data in the system of record

Qualifications

• 3+ Years in Manufacturing, Planning, or Supply Chain
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or other relevant field
• 3+ years of experience translating Engineering designs into demand and supply plans
• Strong understanding of ERP and MRP systems
• General understanding of quality system functionality
• Creating and maintaining master schedules

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​
