- 1+ years of experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, or technical environment, with internship or vocational training experience considered beneficial
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems, tools, and safety practices, such as OSHA training
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation, with a willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Ability to work on routine assignments with limited judgment where problems are well defined and solutions readily available
- Demonstrated reliability in completing individual work tasks under close supervision and detailed instruction, contributing to team goals through personal effort
What we want you to bring to the team:
- 2+ years of experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, or technical environment, with internship or vocational training
- Exposure to laboratory or pilot plant environments
- Familiarity with basic measurement tools (e.g., calipers, multimeters, scales)
- Experience working in a team-oriented, safety-conscious setting
- Interest in materials science, chemistry, or engineering fields
Compensation:
- The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $21-$24 per hour and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education.
