Job Description

As our Partnership Manager, you will join the dynamic e-Mobility team and be a crucial contributor, helping to drive, actively manage and accelerate the team’s direction through strategic partnerships. As we grow into new markets, you will play a crucial part in developing an e-mobility eco-system for EcoG's new business and drive it into its next stage of growth.

  • Degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • Established as a technical expert and thought leader in at least one of the following e-Mobility fields: EVSE/EV/CPO/EMSP/Utilities/Energy and bring about more than sales experience.
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Experience in partnership development and management is a plus
  • Proven ability to define and handle complex multi-stakeholder strategies
  • Strong team player with inter-disciplinary responsibilities
  • Agile mindset which thrives in a rapidly changing environment
  • English is a must and German is a plus
  • Depending on the company strategies, create partnership development directions, identify potential partners, establish partnership agreements
  • Active involvement/leadership in e-Mobility ecosystem community representing EcoG
  • Set up and maintain databases/platforms for all partnership initiatives
  • Serve as the primary contact for the company on all partnership related matters, both internally and externally
  • Support the colleagues in Commercial to produce sales, marketing and communication material by providing an e-mobility ecosystem angle
  • Be an important contributor to company strategy discussions benefiting from the knowledge through community activities and partners
  • Responsible for devising, planning, and executing all actions necessary to achieve the agreed-upon terms of each partnership agreement
