This is a hybrid position and the selected candidate will be required to work from our Toronto head office 2 days per week.

Who You’ll Be Joining:

We are looking for an Account Services Representative to join our fantastic Operations and Supply Chain team! In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with all ecobee to help with B2B shipping and operation's needs. You are highly organized and customer service driven, with a drive for quality and process improvements.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Receive and enter customer orders efficiently and accurately
  • Manage order deck to ensure all orders are shipped in full and manage the non-compliance process with other retailers
  • Process Return Goods Authorization (RGA), obtain approval for the return and arrange to pick it up
  • Respond to inquiries and/or complaints regarding the organization’s products and/or services, pricing, delivery dates, packing slips, adjustments to bills/orders, and other general account maintenance activities
  • Manage correspondence and documentation as appropriate regarding confirmation of orders, and interactions with customers
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, sales personnel, and supply chain to ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating communications, following up with problems, and serving as a contact point for customers
  • Receive and perform compliance reviews on all new account opening documentation and serve as the supply chain representative for new customer onboarding
  • Assist with building customer relationships by understanding needs, providing valid information or advice when required, and informing sales personnel of opportunities
  • Support other account services reps on your team as required

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Experience with order management and customer experience
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate effectively about project status and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and team-based skills
  • Experience leading without authority
  • A high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, with a focus on quality and continuous process improvement
  • A desire to grow and progress within the company
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach to work
  • Familiarity with working with third-party warehouses, carriers, and freight forwarders
  • Expertise with Excel or similar spreadsheet software (you should know what a pivot table is and how to create one as a general milestone)
  • Bonus: Understanding of import and export compliance

Interview Process: 3 Rounds

  • Round 1: A 45-minute phone call with a member of Talent Acquisition
  • Round 2: A 45-minute virtual interview with a manager from our Manager of Account Services – expect technical, behavioural and situational questions
  • Round 3: A 1-hour virtual final interview with our VP of Supply & Operations, and our Director of Demand Planning & Account Services
