About Our Energy & Emerging Customer Success Management Team
At DroneDeploy, our Energy & Emerging Markets Customer Success team is focused on helping our customers in industries such as oil & gas, renewable energy, utilities, and facilities management transform their operations through aerial and ground-based reality capture technology. We forge high-impact partnerships that drive operational efficiency, innovation, and measurable value. Our team thrives on deep industry understanding, technical know-how, and proactive collaboration.
Our CSMs work cross-functionally with Product Support, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional experience. We focus on account health, long-term relationships, and delivering outcomes that lead to retention and growth.
Role Overview
This is a pivotal role on DroneDeploy’s Go-To-Market team. As a Customer Success Manager for Energy & Emerging Markets, you’ll own strategic customer relationships across sectors like energy production, renewables, utilities, telecom, and facilities management.
You’ll be a product expert and trusted advisor, passionate about helping customers extract the most value from DroneDeploy’s solutions. Whether enabling solar asset inspections, streamlining utility site audits, or digitizing infrastructure management workflows, you’ll be a key partner in our customers’ digital transformation journeys. This role reports to the Director of Customer Success.
The goal: maximize impact, drive adoption, increase engagement, and expand account value.
