About the role

Power Forecasting is Dexter's long-running business line: a proven product with a high win-rate and strong unit economics. The focus now is to increase its commercial scale and grow our customer base across Europe.

We are hiring a dedicated Product Manager who sets the direction, owns the product roadmap, builds the go-to-market and growth path. The job is also to sharpen the proposition, packaging and pricing, drive down cost-to-serve, defend against churn and price pressure, and enable our geographic expansion.

What you will own

• Direction & roadmap. Own the course of the business line and the ROI-based product roadmap: set direction, experiment, weigh options, prioritize and defend the choices, steering on clear milestones (when to scale, pivot, or stop)
• Drive growth. Improve trial conversion, onboarding speed, upsell and retention; focus on geo expansion and on doubling the customer base in the next two years
• Go-to-market, positioning & selling. Own the value proposition, product marketing, partnerships and growth path. Position the product to win on more than features, and pitch it convincingly for trials, demos and pilots
• Product discovery. Run product discovery initiatives including e.g. experimentation, market sizing and deep customer interviews that get to the core needs - and turn those insights into product and commercial decisions
• Packaging & pricing. Differentiate the offer by customer type & size, protect gross margin against price pressure, and remove pricing as a reason we lose good-fit trials
• Cost-to-serve & CAC. Reduce the cost of acquiring and serving customers: standardize onboarding (e.g. a custom-integration framework), enable self-serve value discovery, and lower operational effort per customer
