Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at Dendra Systems covering North America you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our company.

● Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Dendra's customer base and revenue streams.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, government entities and stakeholders.

● Create strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities and develop current customer base.

● Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

● Collaborate with product, technical and operational teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.

● Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.

● Contribute to the development and execution of strategic business plans.

● Represent Dendra Systems at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

Essential

● Proven experience in business development or sales roles.

● Proven track record of driving revenue growth and successfully closing deals.

● Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

● Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

● Self-motivated and results oriented.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Preferred

● Experience in the technology, sustainability, or environmental industry

● Experience in selling software or technology solutions.

● Experience with CRM tools.

● Strong network and connections in relevant industries.
