Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Growth Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is critical for driving our company's growth through effective marketing analytics, operations and demand generation. This pivotal role will enable us to scale by leveraging paid digital channels for demand generation and enhancing marketing efficiency through enhanced CRM reporting and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Marketing Tools and Analytics: Leverage HubSpot and Salesforce to support full-funnel growth, partnering with our RevOps function to address integration challenges for seamless data flow
  • Robust Reporting Dashboards: Maintain and improve Salesforce and Hubspot reporting dashboards, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and highlight marketing's impact on revenue
  • Enhanced Visibility and Attribution: Develop systems and methodologies to improve visibility of marketing-influenced opportunities and deals
  • Prospect-to-Customer Journey Analysis: Analyse the journey from prospect to customer, identifying critical touch points and areas for improvement
  • Targeted Demand Generation: Drive qualified leads to sales, optimising various channels including SEO/SEM, email and social media
  • Conversion Acceleration Strategies: Develop strategies for accelerating conversions across different channels, aligning with overall marketing and company goals
  • Collaborative Marketing Plans: Work closely with other members of the marketing team to develop and execute cohesive marketing plans
  • A/B Testing and Optimisation: Conduct A/B testing to identify effective strategies, enhancing demand generation efforts
  • Cross-Departmental Interaction: Regularly engage with sales and BD to provide and receive updates

Requirements

  • 7+ years in growth marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of enabling enhanced attribution visibility and driving demand gen
  • Expertise in marketing analytics, reporting and automation
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce, particularly for tracking and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills and results-focused mindset
  • Experience working in a fast-growing scale-up environment
  • A can-do attitude and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Located within reasonable commuting distance of Datamaran's London Hub
  • Commitment to work from the London SE1 Hub on a hybrid basis, typically 3+ times per week
