Job Description

DABBEL is a climate tech startup that decarbonizes buildings worldwide and is already active in 7 countries around the world. We are looking for a talented and ambitious Sales Manager (all genders) to join our team and help us make a real impact.

  • Craft and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with DABBEL's ambitious goals.
  • Drive exponential sales growth by securing B2B enterprise deals.
  • Foster customer loyalty by expanding their building portfolios and ensuring their long-term satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with your team to refine sales strategies and streamline processes for unparalleled efficiency.
  • Very good knowledge of German (must have).
  • Strong communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation and closing skills.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in sales.
  • Experience in Real Estate (strong plus).
  • Technical knowledge in HVAC or BMS (plus).
  • Data-driven thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Looking for an opportunity to help build a business and drive growth.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
