Are you ready to be part of our growth journey and willing to revolutionize last-mile delivery with us?

• You are an important part of our workshop team and ensure with your expertise that our e-bike fleet is always roadworthy and technically flawless.
• You always keep an eye on your fleet of 100-250 bikes and, in addition to technical maintenance, also take care of warranty and service requests from our customers.
• With your expertise, you will support the bicycle mechanics at your location in providing our customers with a high-quality and reliable service on a daily basis.
• You will also be responsible for the onboarding of new employees, taking care of their training from A to Z. As the first contact at CYCLE, you will ensure that our new team members are not only well trained but also motivated to come to work.
• Documenting work processes and decisions in writing is a natural part of your work and comes easily to you.
• You are always open to answering technical questions from other mechanics and not only find solutions to problems with the wheels on your own, but also proactively ensure that these are communicated to the team.
• You have advanced knowledge (at least 2 years) in the fields of electronics, mechanics, bicycle or automotive mechatronics and have proven experience in working with e-bikes.
• Your heart beats for bicycles, you always try to stay mechanically up to date and are also able to fix more complex problems
• Professional communication skills, you are able to share information with team members and managers in a concise manner.
• You also have experience in using Google Sheets & Docs to report important processes to your team lead.
• You are responsible and reliable, help your colleagues and are able to push things forward for the team.
• You are fluent in German or English, both are advantageous
• You have a class B driving licence
