_Ride with us into the future – sustainable, efficient, and full speed ahead!_You're here to take our finance operations to the next level – managing everything from consolidation and accounting to reporting. You’ll use LucaNet as our consolidation and planning tool and Odoo as our ERP backbone.

• Optimize financial processes: Design scalable workflows and best-practice playbooks that ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the board.
• Turn numbers into impact: Define, monitor, and report on key financial metrics while driving continuous improvement and transparency.
• Own consolidation & financial statements: Take the lead in preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements under HGB—IFRS knowledge is a big plus.
• Audit-ready mindset: Be the main point of contact for auditors and external partners, ensuring timely and clean audits.
• Streamline systems: Manage integrations with payment providers to ensure seamless transaction flows and accurate data.
• Business partnering: Deliver sharp financial insights and actionable recommendations to the management team.
• Experience: 3+ years in finance, accounting, or audit, ideally at a Big Four firm or a fast-paced mid-sized company.
• Technical skills: Proven track record in preparing consolidated statements; hands-on experience with LucaNet.
• Accounting standards: Deep knowledge of HGB; solid understanding of IFRS is a strong plus.
• System know-how: Comfortable working with ERP systems, Odoo and payment integrations are a plus.
• Analytical and communicative: You love working with data and can clearly translate numbers into business insights.
• Approach: Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-driven.
• Languages: Fluent in German and English; Dutch is a strong plus.
