Are you ready to be part of our growth journey and willing to revolutionize last-mile delivery with us?

• As a Lead Mechanic at CYCLE, you will be responsible for a team of about 10-20 e-bike mechanics in your region
• From onboarding to training, you are the first point of contact and always have an open ear, also for feedback or problems from your team
• You support the recruitment process of new colleagues and make sure that the candidates get a great first impression of CYCLE already during the trial period
• You always keep an eye on the performance of your mechanics and make sure that they are motivated and technically up to date
• You report progress and problems directly to the Regional Manager and make sure that the KPI's are met
• You are also experienced in the field: from standard repairs to complex work on our e-bikes, no one can fool you in a hurry, and you provide support where it is needed
• With your experience, you ensure that the processes of your mechanics run smoothly and you also know the right levers to improve them yourself. You proactively communicate solutions to problems on the bikes within the team
• You have advanced knowledge (at least 2 years) in the fields of electronics, mechanics, bicycle or automotive mechatronics and have proven experience in working with e-bikes
• Your heart beats for bicycles, you always try to stay mechanically up to date and are also able to fix more complex problems
• Professional communication skills, you are able to share information with team members and managers in a concise manner
• You also have experience in using Google Sheets & Docs to report important processes to your team lead
• You are responsible and reliable, help your colleagues and are able to push things forward for the team
• You are fluent in German or English, both are advantageous
• You have a class B driving licence
