Job Description
- Negotiating, preparing and reviewing agreements with a focus on NDAs and IDP contracts
- Contributing to the creation, further development and implementation of corporate governance and compliance
- Maintaining and expanding the contract management system
- Drafting and advising on internal legal guidelines, directives, guidelines, contract templates, etc.
- Maintaining and revising model contracts, contract modules, contract clauses and standard documents
- Collaboration with all internal departments and external business partners
- Support with legal training and further education
- Completed studies in law, business law
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in an international company
- Very good legal knowledge in the field of commercial and/or contract law, national and international
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Permanent full-time position
- Basic salary plus performance-related remuneration
- 30 days holiday
