Job Description
- Cross-departmental development of new mechanical and electrical designs
- Realization and optimization of mechanical and electrical cell designs
- Realization of new cell designs up to the prototype stage
- Ensuring the producibility of these cell designs
- Specifying, testing and defining all required components
Technical contact for component suppliers
- A successfully completed Master's degree in the field of mechanical engineering or comparable
- A doctorate in these fields would be an advantage
- Management experience
- Experience with the mechanical design of lithium-ion cells
- Experience with scaling technologies to functional battery cells
- Ability to work under pressure
Very good knowledge of German and English
- Basic salary plus performance-related remuneration
