Job Description
- Leading a team of research engineers responsible for the various aspects of electrochemical cell design
- The team takes over electrochemical building blocks from pre-development and realizes the functional scaling of the cell design or introduces own materials and components
- Development of producible and scalable recipes
- Specifying, testing and defining electrochemically active components
- Cross-departmental definition of the relevant test routine for performance validation
- A successfully completed Master's degree in the field of electrochemistry or materials science
- A doctorate in these fields would be an advantage
- Management experience
- Experience with lithium-ion cell design in terms of electrodes and other electrochemically active components
- Experience with scaling technologies to functional battery cells
- Ability to work under pressure
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Basic salary plus performance-related remuneration
