• Advice on all corporate law measures
• Preparation of legal decision-making bases for the Management Board and Advisory Board
• Legal advice to the specialist departments on relevant topics relating to compliance
• Advice on M&A and due diligence activities and financing rounds
• Establishment and management of a risk management & compliance department, including internal audit if necessary
• Commissioning, coordinating and managing external legal advisors
• Drafting, revising, reviewing and negotiating national and international contracts
• Developing, revising and introducing internal guidelines, processes and controls to ensure compliance with legal, official and internal regulations

• Preparation of training material and implementation of compliance training courses

• Successfully completed second state examination in law, degree in law or business law
• At least 8-10 years of professional experience, ideally in an international environment or international law firm
• Solid knowledge of data protection law and basic knowledge of compliance-relevant areas of law such as antitrust and competition law
• Good analytical, problem-solving and implementation skills to communicate legal issues to different recipients in an understandable way
• The ability to familiarize yourself independently with unfamiliar topics and tasks
