Job Description
- Carrying out day-to-day bookkeeping (accounts receivable, accounts payable, property and equipment accounts)
- Reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Independent clarification of payment differences
- Carrying out payment transactions and dunning procedures
- Preparation of advance VAT returns and recapitulative statements
- Asset accounting
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB/IFRS/US GAAP
- Completed training as a tax clerk, further training as an accountant or comparable training and further training
- SAP 4 Hanna knowledge is mandatory
- Relevant professional experience in the field of accounting
- Able to work under pressure and confident in dealing with stressful situations
