Job Description
- Connecting machine data, setting up and automating ETL routes to the data warehouse and IoT data pipelines (CRONJobs)
- Maintenance of a productive MES web application
- Further development and optimization of the data warehouse infrastructure (on-premise and cloud)
- Proactive participation in the continuous further development of the data and application landscape
- Cross-functional collaboration with various departments and projects
- Completed studies in the field of natural sciences or completed training with further training in the field of data engineering
- Several years of professional experience as a data manager or data engineer
- Experience in building (IoT) data pipelines
- Experience in the tech stack: PHP, SQL databases, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Python, R, C#, web frameworks such as Shiny, Django, low-code software such as node-Red
- Good to very good knowledge of communication protocols (e.g. OPC UA, Modbus TCP/IP) and machine learning, Jupyter, Azure and AWS Cloud
