About This Role:

Be the point of contact and lead in all warehouse operations in Hobbs, NM

A Day In The Life:

• Lead all warehouse operations in the location with some lead duties
• Collect materials/equipment and safely move them to the proper area in the warehouse
• Ensure that all materials/equipment are safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping/transport
• Load, unload, and move material within or near the warehouse
• Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand
• Light warehouse maintenance

You Will Thrive In This Role If:

• 6+ years warehouse experience with some lead experience
• Requires lift, lower, push and pull all sizes of merchandise up to 50 lbs
• Requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, & bend for 8 hours or more daily
• Requires constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back
• Must be detail oriented
• Accountability
• Must be a team player willing to take on additional roles as needed
• Have a good attitude and willingness to learn
• Willing to travel up to 80% where Crusoe operates (North Dakota, Montana, Colorado, Utah)
• Must have a valid driver license and an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR)
• Reliable transportation to travel when necessary
• All job offers are contingent upon receiving a negative drug/alcohol test. This position is subject to random drug testing

Compensation Range:

Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
