About This Role:

Provide general warehouse support and be part of a team where you can grow with our operations team in Williston, ND.

A Day In The Life:

• Collect materials/equipment and safely move them to the proper area in the warehouse
• Ensure that all materials/equipment are safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping/transport
• Load, unload, and move material within or near the warehouse
• Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand
• Light warehouse maintenance - this includes clearing sidewalks from snow and ice

You Will Thrive In This Role If:

• 0-2 years warehouse experience
• Requires lift, lower, push and pull all sizes of merchandise up to 50 lbs
• Requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, & bend for 8 hours or more daily
• Requires constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back
• Must be detail oriented
• Accountability
• Must be a team player willing to take on additional roles as needed
• Have a good attitude and willingness to learn
• Willing to travel up to 80% where Crusoe operates (North Dakota, Montana, Colorado, Utah)
• Must have a valid driver license and an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR)
• Reliable transportation to travel when necessary
• All job offers are contingent upon receiving a negative drug/alcohol test. This position is subject to random drug testing

Compensation Range:

Compensation will be paid in the range of $19 - $22/HR. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
