חברת CropX, הינה חברת סטארט אפ גלובלית וצומחת, העוסקת בפיתוח טכנולוגיות לחקלאות מדייקת ופתרונות דיגיטליים לניהול חוות חקלאיות.
החברה מציעה פתרון המשלב תוכנה וחומרה ומספק תובנות מבוססות דאטה לחקלאים ביותר מ-60 מדינות.
אנחנו מגייסים לצוות התפעול, מנהל/ת ייצור, התפקיד כולל אחריות על תפעול וניהול מחלקת הייצור, תוך הבטחת עמידה ביעדי הייצור והאיכות, ושיפור מתמיד של תהליכים.
במסגרת התפקיד, נדרש ניהול צוות עובדים, תכנון ויישום תהליכי ייצור אופטימליים, פתרון בעיות בזמן אמת ושיתוף פעולה עם מחלקות נוספות בארגון.
בכפיפות ל– CTO, מיקום - נתניה
תחומי אחריות מרכזיים:
* ניהול מערך הייצור של כלל מוצרי החברה, כולל תכנון, ביצוע ובקרה ברמה שנתית, חודשית, שבועית ויומית
* ניהול צוות עובדי הייצור - הכשרה, הדרכה, חניכה והסמכת עובדים
* עמידה ביעדי הייצור, איכות ולוחות זמנים תוך שימוש מיטבי במשאבים
* ייעול והטמעה של תהליכי הייצור (תכנון + תזמון)
* אחריות על איכות ייצור המוצרים ועבודה בהתאם לנהלי בטיחות ותקני איכות
* ניהול מלאים וחומרי גלם להבטחת זמינות שוטפת ותפעול תקין
* התנהלות ושיתוף פעולה מול כלל גורמי החברה
* פתרון בעיות בזמן אמת ומתן מענה מהיר לתקלות בייצור
Requirements
דרישות התפקיד:
* ניסיון רלוונטי של 5 שנים לפחות בניהול הייצור, רצוי בחברה טכנולוגית
* ניסיון בניהול צוות עובדים והנעתם להשגת יעדים
* הבנת תהליכי ייצור וממשקים (פנימיים וחיצוניים) למוצרים מולטידיסיפלינרים
* ידע והיכרות עם מערכות ERP – יתרון
* יכולת עבודה בלחץ, פתרון בעיות בזמן אמת ועמידה בלוחות זמנים
* ראייה מערכתית ויכולת עבודה מול ממשקים רבים
* שליטה מלאה בעברית ובאנגלית – קריאה, כתיבה ודיבור
* יחסי אנוש מעולים ויכולת עבודה בצוות
