חברת CropX, הינה חברת סטארט אפ גלובלית וצומחת, העוסקת בפיתוח טכנולוגיות לחקלאות מדייקת ופתרונות דיגיטליים לניהול חוות חקלאיות. החברה מציעה פתרון המשלב תוכנה וחומרה ומספק תובנות מבוססות דאטה לחקלאים ביותר מ-60 מדינות. מעסיקה כ - 110 עובדים ועובדות בעולם מחפשת לגייס מנהל/ת חשבונות מנוסה כחלק מצוות, בכפיפות לדיירקטור כספים.

Requirements
דרישות התפקיד:
· 5 שנות ניסיון כמנהל/ת חשבונות
· מנהל/ת חשבונות ראשית עד מאזן.
· ניסיון בעבודה מול בנקים, הכנת תשלומים, ותקשורת שוטפת מול בנקים מקומיים ובנקים בעולם, טיפול בכרטיסי אשראי.
· ניסיון וידע בעבודה בחברה רב מטבעית והתאמות בין חברתיות
· ניסיון בסגירות חודשיות / רבעוניות והכנת הספרים לביקורת
· ניסיון בעבודה מול רשויות המס בארץ.
· ניסיון בעבודה בחברה גלובלית ועם צוותי הנה״ח בחברות בנות בעולם
· ניסיון בדיווחי הוצאות נסיעה לחו״ל
· הכרות עם פריוריטי – יתרון גדול
· יתרון: ידע ונסיון בתהליכי מלאי, סגירת מלאי, וניהול מלאי בפריוריטי.
· יכולת למידה עצמאית גבוהה
· יכולת לעבוד תחת לחץ בסביבה דינאמית של שינויים ולוחות זמנים צפופים.
· נדרשת אנגלית ברמה גבוהה, כתיבה, קריאה ודיבור
· אקסל ברמה גבוהה
· בעל/ת תודעת שירות גבוהה ויחסי אנוש מצוינים
· דייקנות ויכולת ירידה לפרטים.
