We are in search of a Senior Mechanical Quality Engineer to play a pivotal role in supporting our HTS Magnet production and SPARC Project towards achieving our mission objectives. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who combines a solid foundation in mechanical engineering with a hands-on expertise in quality engineering practices. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the quality landscape of our manufacturing processes, from defining quality requirements for intricate designs to ensuring the seamless execution of those standards in the production of our first-of-a-kind HTS Magnets.

In this capacity, the Senior Mechanical Quality Engineer will work closely with Design, R&D, Supplier Quality, and Manufacturing teams. Through a detailed-oriented and collaborative approach, they will establish and enforce quality assurance processes that directly contribute to CFS’s mission. This role is designed for a proactive problem-solver ready to tackle complex challenges, improve operational efficiencies, and play a key role in achieving our vision of providing clean, sustainable energy solutions.
