Are you ready to take the next step in your career — and to literally build the future? Join us at our job fair at CFS headquarters in Devens, Massachusetts on Saturday, Aug. 15 from 10 AM - 2 PM, because CFS is hiring production technicians who can help our work in fusion energy innovation. That means your knack for building cutting-edge hardware and tackling challenging projects can bring a new energy technology to the world and a rewarding paycheck to you.

We’re hiring production technicians at a variety of levels who can work on weekday nights, and weekend shifts — shifts that come with a 10% to 30% pay differential. The pay ranges from $30–$41 per hour before that differential, depending on your experience, and we offer benefits and equity in the company.
The job fair will take place from 10 AM - 2 PM, and a specific arrival time will be assigned to you in a separate email.
We’re looking for technicians who:
- Have 3+ years of experience
- Know electromechanical parts and assemblies
- Can troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing discrepancies
- Can read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, with great attention to detail
The specific pay differentials are:
- Weekday second shift (Monday-Friday, 2 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.): 10%
- Weekday third shift (Monday–Friday, 10 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.): 15%
- Weekend first shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.): 15%
- Weekend second shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6 p.m. – 6 a.m.): 30%
