Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated professional to lead the manufacturing process of our proprietary DAC machines (collector containers, CCs). As the Project Manager for CO2 Collector Manufacturing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our mission-critical equipment to our execution projects.
- Your mission at Climeworks is to manage the manufacturing process of CO2 Collectors and their sub-components, ensuring they meet product design specs and prints.
- You oversee the manufacturing process executed by suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and high-quality standards.
- You plan and coordinate product manufacturing across suppliers to meet project execution schedules.
- You collaborate with the product design and supply chain teams to define make vs. buy strategy for future plants and product generations.
- You provide technical input to guide manufacturing line CAPEX decisions.
- You support RFQ development for product assembly and sub-assemblies.
- You investigate and address non-conformances and deviations from suppliers.
- You leverage your experience in design for manufacturing to provide early input into product design to ensure manufacturability.
