Job Description
- Your mission at Climeworks is to enable the production manager to meet production forecasts, ensure quality, optimize operations, and collaborate with the product team for timely deliveries.
- You are accountable for developing production plans based on project demands and production capacity. You provide such input to the scheduler of the product team.
- You are accountable for reducing unnecessary delays and bottlenecks in the manufacturing process.
- You are tasked with effectively managing resources by optimizing resource allocation, ensuring availability of necessary inputs, and monitoring resource utilization to maximize efficiency.
- You are in charge of establishing and enforcing quality control measures, implementing the quality management system, and monitoring production processes to meet or exceed quality standards.
- You are responsible for supporting design teams, creating process plans, tracking budget costs and project schedules, and developing countermeasures for timely completion of project goals.
