TheSenior Manager, Product Management will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the development of product solutions that meet the needs of ChargePoint customers and services delivery teams. The Senior Manager, Product Management will closely manage, control and report on the status of the overall solutions portfolio and roadmap according to business goals and quarterly OKRs. In addition to product pilots, process and systems development responsibilities, the Senior Manager, Product Management will act as product owner for various customer facing and internal initiatives including the Support Center and Customer Reporting in various mediums. This role requires traveling approximately 20% of the time.

Job Description

  • Lead all product management and act as as owner for select CX initiatives supporting the optimization or operationalization of CX service products
  • Manage comprehensive roadmap, release plans, and sprint backlogs, ensuring that the teams are working towards delivering value to the organization and the customer
  • Collaborate with functional CX teams and cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, implement and operationalize new products, features and enhancements
  • Oversee service and solution product development stages for on time delivery prioritize features based on customer feedback and business goals
  • Provide project management coordination and support for pilots, technology and new process deployments
  • Operationalize program workflows and processes in accordance with program policies, deliverables, and KPIs
  • Create and deliver customer and internal program and solution performance reports in multiple levels of detail and various periodicities
  • Organize daily activities based on the goals of the organization and key customer needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer science, business or technology related field
  • Preferred Electric Vehicle / Solar industry background in education or experience
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in a consultative role implementing products and solutions
  • Demonstrated skills in leadership, negotiation, problem solving, conflict management, planning, and delegating
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud & Experience Cloud, CRM, LMS, Netsuite, systems
  • Demonstrated skills in process modeling, requirements definition, data mapping, UAT
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering customer and internal user and systems training
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodology, principles, and practices. Expertise in Jira and Confluence preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

ChargePoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $85,000 to $198,000. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
