We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Manager (f/d/m) who loves a challenge and can’t wait to grow CEEZER with exceptional talent.

  • Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle at CEEZER to hire exceptional talent, from sourcing to signature.
  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand business priorities and role requirements, and build effective hiring strategies.
  • Proactively build and maintain a robust top-tier talent pipeline to support our rapid growth and future hiring needs, leveraging networking and headhunting.
  • Leverage data to develop metrics that will push our recruitment process to the next level.
  • Provide a stellar candidate experience that reflects CEEZER’s values and turns applicants into ambassadors.
  • Stay ahead of hiring trends, proactively introduce new tools, channels, and tactics to keep CEEZER’s recruitment at the cutting edge.
  • Support and upskill hiring managers and interviewers to maintain consistency and high quality throughout our recruitment process.
  • Contribute to strategic projects such as employer branding, candidate experience, data-driven recruitment, tool implementation, and more.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in high-growth companies, with experience in GTM and tech roles.
  • Exuding enthusiasm and passion, creating a compelling candidate experience that makes people want to be part of the team.
  • A deep understanding of the talent market and challenges of recruitment for a scaling startup.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including headhunting and networking.
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to switch context across multiple hiring pipelines.
  • Business-oriented mindset with a strong sense of commitment.
  • Quickly adaptable to changing priorities in an evolving business environment.
  • Perfect fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
  • A valid work permit for Germany.

    The recruitment process entails the following:

    1. An intro call with Lucille, our Junior People Manager.
    2. A call with Mona, our People Lead.
    3. A call with Juliane, our CRO.
    4. A deep dive call with the People team.
    5. Final calls with Hannes, our CPO, and Magnus, our CEO.
