We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Manager (f/d/m). You’ll work closely with our experienced product team & various business stakeholders in a very fast-moving and VC-funded startup and will work on many exciting aspects of our business.

• Lead feature teams through discovery, development, and improvement of new and existing features
• Collaborate with cross-functional peers to develop solutions that deliver increasing customer value and delight
• Own backlog, roadmap, and releases of products by coordinating resources and project timelines together with our product and engineering leadership
• Continuously improve processes by discovering bottlenecks, identifying opportunities and balancing internal stakeholder needs
• Track, measure, analyze and communicate relevant KPIs as well as product development progress to key stakeholders
• 3+ years of expertise in modern product management techniques (discovery to delivery), ideally in a B2B SaaS or marketplace start-up
• Ability to figure out elegant solutions to complex problems, by designing systems, and laying out arguments in a well-structured, data-informed, narrative in English
• Attention to detail – making sure that the product is not only a great and coherent experience, but also meets business and legal requirements
• Ability to build trusted and collaborative relationships with your colleagues (and partners), both local and remote
• Strategic outlook and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a talent for grasping growth opportunities, new markets & revenue, and business model potentials
• Ability to learn fast in multiple cross-functional areas such as Engineering, Design, Impact and Commercial
